P/T ROLE, 8-12 HOURS PER WEEK

Pixels Arcade & Taproom is seeking a fun, enthusiastic individual with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences to join our team as a Customer Experience Host.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of delicious food, refreshing drinks, and exciting games.
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
• Check guest ID's upon entry (Pixels is a barcade/21+ establishment)
• Handle customer transactions with our Point-Of-Sale system with ease
• Have the ability to change a 30 lb beer keg (training provided)
• Assist guests with minor issues regarding the games (training provided)
• Assist guests with our self-pour beverage system should they require assistance (training provided)
• Bus tables, keep all surfaces clean. Run bar glassware through the dishwasher and keep all glassware stocked. Maintain the self-pour beverage kiosk station.
• Ensure surfaces and floors are clean at all times. Spot check restrooms for cleanliness.
• Sweep floor at end of shift and empty garbage receptacles.
• Report issues or unhappy guest experiences to manager in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Must be friendly and approachable with a genuine smile.
• Possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with multiple guests simultaneously.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Self starter and able to work, at times, without supervision.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a harmonious environment.
